MyStartr Branding
MyStartr helps connect young people with the skills and the opportunities for employment. We helped them rebrand with a logo and design system that brought to life the personal connection their councillors create, plus some smart ideas on how to reach youth in the city.
The logo is fresh and friendly with an emphasis on connection. Both sides are equal partners as we all learn from each other.
The brand colours all connect to each other and imbue a sense of transition and change into the design elements.
We also picked youthful, bright and vibrant colours to really represent the proactive nature of the organization and the bright ambitions of the young people they work with. A solid variety of colours and gradients also give us great flexibility in working around our partner employer’s branding.
Continuing on the theme of connection, we helped MyStartr shape their always-on podcast, where they share recent success stories and corporate partners to exchange workforce wisdom and answer questions plucked from our social feed.
We also pitched video content for TikTok and Instagram Stories that highlights and matches soft skills employers love to behaviours young people recognize from daily life.
We want to challenge young people to be creative and answer our prompts based on different soft skills, tapping into a popular trend: #TellMeWithoutTellingMe. For example “Tell us you have #TimeManagement skills without telling us.”
