How can The Ottawa Hospital start to fix a broken healthcare system for nurses?
By acknowledging there’s a problem in the first place.
In this campaign we blew apart the idea of nurses as superhuman heroes, acknowledging the suffering they’re experiencing and offering all nurses—not just the ones who work for us—a lifeline to support and opportunity. Because that’s the key to keeping nurses in the job they love without burning out: taking care of them the way they take care of us.
